TAKE 3 AGENCY

Who we are

OUR STORY

Our team brings together experience from across performance, production and the wider creative industries, giving us an understanding of both sides of the booking process. We know what our artists need, we understand what our clients are looking for, and we know how to bring the two together.

As a close-knit team, we share knowledge, communicate quickly and adapt to the demands of an industry that rarely stands still. Every artist on our books is met by us in person, meaning our bookers know the talent they’re putting forward: their skills, their experience and, importantly, who they are.

It’s a personal approach to talent management, backed by industry knowledge and a team that knows how to get things done.

THE TEAM

How we work

ARTISTS, TEAM, CLIENTS

Our artists

A chosen roster, not an open directory

Every artist is scouted, auditioned or assessed in person by the Take 3 team before they join, so when we put someone forward, we know how they work.

Not just quantity. An agency built on quality.

Our team

Briefs move fast. So do we.

We understand briefs, and the clock behind them. A call at short notice gets a considered answer the same day, not a holding email, and the people we put forward are ready to work.

Film and television do not keep office hours, and neither do we. Someone from the team is on hand whenever a production needs them: before the shoot, on the day, and when the schedule changes.

Our clients

Film, television and commercial

Production companies, assistant directors, choreographers, stunt coordinators and brands.

Feature films, television drama and entertainment, commercials and campaigns. Each asks something different of a performer, and each runs differently on the day. We cast with both in mind.

What clients say about the team

IN THEIR WORDS

Annie Hitchcock

Crowd 2nd AD

Nothing seems to faze Tyler & his team whenever I message them with a random request, at weekends or at 11pm at night when my brain is on one and I have an idea about the type of person I want to find. Take 3 have helped me with some really special castings in the past couple of years & I look forward to our working relationship in the future.

Helen Medrano

Exec Producer

Working with Take 3 is an amazing experience. Their quality service, collaborative nature, and skilled performers were second to none. They travelled with us to more than a few countries and were always on top of their game.

Jason Gilkinson

Creative Director & Choreographer

The best thing though is that Tyler and Chanel understand instantly not only the type of talent I’m looking for but always connect me to artists who really enhance the creative process. This type of instinct doesn’t come along very often in our industry.

Rhiannon Mobbs

Crowd 2nd AD

Every production that I’m lucky enough to have Take 3 on board, I am honestly enamoured by their professionalism. I trust Tyler, Chanel and the Team implicitly, and for that I am eternally grateful.

Stephanie Bradshaw

Crowd 2nd AD

The team at Take 3 have been by my side on many weird and wonderful casting adventures since 2023, and honestly, I don’t know how I’d do it without them. No matter how big, small, or slightly unhinged the request, I know I can rely on Take 3. And the most important part? It’s always fun.

Lydia Currie

Tyler and his staff have always gone above and beyond to help and support me and my department with all our casting requirements, sometimes at ridiculously short notice. They are always a pleasure to deal with, and I will be working with them as long as I have a career.

Camilla Southwell

Crowd 2nd AD

Having worked with Tyler and his team for the past five years, I can confidently attest to the care they take in casting performers who are perfectly suited to each brief, ensuring accuracy and authenticity on screen.
