SENIOR AGENT / PROJECT MANAGER

Anchor 1

With the agency developing daily, we are seeking a new senior agent/project manager. We want to take on a committed and motivated individual willing to dive into the multitude of Take 3 and join our team full-time, working alongside high-profile clients and productions within the Industry.

The role of a senior agent/project manager is a rewarding opportunity within a vibrant agency. The role is challenging and requires someone who can think fast, is excellent at multi-tasking, has a strong ability to problem solve and is confident to lead high-end productions from start to finish. This client-facing role is a perfect opportunity for someone wanting to grow and develop their career within a leading talent agency.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 12 months previous Casting, Talent Management, Production, or Agency experience

- Strong understanding of film, TV, and theatre, as well as talent within individuals

- Highly proficient understanding of Google Suite and Mac OS

- Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills

- Ability to lead and delegate within a team

- Confidence with figures and accounts

- Ability to deal with a high volume of work while having a solid eye for detail

- Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritise

Please note that this is a full-time position, working from our new offices in North Greenwich.

Interviews will be in January/February 2024.

Location - North Greenwich, SE10 0AX (1 min from North Greenwich Station on Jubilee Line)

Days - Monday to Friday

Times - 09:00 to 18:00

Salary - Salary is commensurate with experience + team Bonuses

JUNIOR BOOKER / AGENT ASSISTANT

We are searching for a new Junior Booker/Agent Assistant to join our team. You will be working alongside our director and senior agent helping with the day to day running of the agency. This will include but not limited to castings, bookings, creating look books, spotlight, answering the phone, google sheets/excel, client meetings and diary management.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous Casting, Talent Management, Production, or Agency experience
- Strong understanding of film, TV, and theatre, as well as talent within individuals

- Ability to deal with a high volume of work while having a solid eye for detail
