We are running a one-day workshop with Stunt Coordinator, Action Designer and 2nd Unit Director Jude Poyer.
What the day covers
- Stunt auditions: what coordinators are looking for, and how to show it.
- Action performance for camera.
- Fight choreography.
- Adaptability on set.
- Practical industry guidance from someone who hires.
Who it is for
Performers at different stages of their stunt training, from those just starting out to those looking to build on their skills and experience. What matters most is that you are actively training and ready to take the next step in your stunt career.
This is a full day, so please make sure you are available for the entirety of the session.
How places are awarded
Places are for Take 3 artists only and are very limited, so attendance is offered through an application process. We want to ensure that places are awarded as fairly as possible, not simply to those who can pay the quickest or are first to book.
This allows Jude and the Take 3 team to consider each applicant’s potential, commitment and suitability for the workshop. It also helps create opportunities for performers who may not always have access to this kind of training.
Applications have now closed. All applications were read by both Jude and us, and successful applicants have been sent an access code to secure their place on this page.
The ticket price
This workshop is being run on a non-profit basis. Ticket proceeds cover venue hire and essential operating costs, with any surplus donated to a charity chosen by Jude. We have kept the price as low as possible to make the workshop accessible to as many people as possible.
